Where do you guys golf? See how im inviting myself lol
@Redneck_toy will stay up near Buffalo most likely, to visit another BOTL there and be near Niagara Falls being the romantic SOB that he is. So probably in Buffalo area, or Batavia which is halfway to @mitetak or just over near Rochester. What's the missus into ? Tim and I can find something to keep her occupied

they're not technically bottom of the line from them. they were previous "GOOD" - just getting them off the shelves since they've come out with the v3 version or some such! can't wait to see how badly well you get along with them!!
Tim, I love your enthusiasm for my clubs. I'm sure they will be pretty awesome. Not gonna retire the G400's just yet. They are one great club. Spring will tell the tale of the pxg

Yes, I have a bromance with one bearish, great guy that I'm proud to call a brother. ( @ZippoGeek ) love him dearly.
And yes, while I plan on visiting once again, will more than likely rent a motel room and car to make my movements more fluid

Had 6 inches of really wet snow dumped on us last night. Power has been out since 9pm. Picked a bad day to go back to work.

We're back to 70* weather here. Working 4 nights ot this weekend, but I was able to go the course today. Played 9 and hit a bucket of balls. Working on grooving the lesson I had a few weeks back.
Wind was pretty breezy. 15-18 mph from the south. Played pretty decent. Hit a few really nice shots that felt effortless with the short irons. Hit several sub par shots.
Overall, not a bad day. Back at work tonight and tomorrow, then off for 10 days. Hopefully the weather holds.

Played Saturday. +30 on 27 holes. 25-30mph straight line wind ALL day. 45° high. Pin placement was hilariously tough for a “Par 3 season closer” they did today. No complaints considering we had 2.5 weeks off waiting for snow to melt.

That pin location on the 2nd pic is pretty tough, no matter what the weather. Our course has been under private management since July, and pin locations like that seem to be the norm anymore. On top of that, they have started rolling the greens. They are rolling pretty true, but are easily twice as fast now. Switched from my Scotty Cameron back my old 2 ball putter to keep from blowing past the holes.

Yeah the greens in pics are pretty quick. Good roll but freaking quick. Guy i played with missed his putt on one of the pictured greens, almost stopped rolling 10” past hole, wind helped it off the green and he had to hit back on from 45 yards lol
