Mo ribs! Each seasoned and sauced differently. One with a not so typical bbq sauce and the other with Carolina Sauce.
Both sauces by Williamson Bros. from Georgia. I'm not a bbq sauce fan but this stuff is excellent and not what you'd expect.

@Bostoneo said he likes St. Louis ribs better so I had to try them. Came out pretty dern good! Nice thick smoke ring on 'em.

Idk. Just threw it together. Penne pasta tossed in egg like carbonara, and sauté mushrooms, baby spinach, and parmesan cheese. Grilled chicken breast on top would be stellar.

Que'd up some Andouille sausage and some chicken thighs with blackened seasoning, chopped it all up and threw it in with some Penne pasta and Alfedo sauce. Basically a Blackened Cajun Pasta Alfredo. I usually put onions and red bell pepper in it but I forgot.

About three months ago my daughter decided to buy some meat chickens to sell cuz she wants to make money.
In two months they are ready for slaughter, so over the last two weeks she slaughtered 23 chickens, butchered them, packed em up and we bought all $634 worth. She just ordered another 25 to sell to the neighbors. I'm so proud of her!
Anyhoo, yesterday I threw 8 legs in the crockpot and then mixed it up with onions, jalapeños and some chipotle seasoning for tacos.
These legs were from chickens that were slaughtered last weekend. Just feels better to eat chicken that was fed organic feed and no antibiotics or steroids
