My wife got me a panini press a couple months ago and I used it for the first time on our burritos last night.
It totally changes the flavor of the tortilla and the whole burrito. Yummy!

I had my first Muffuletta while I was in NOLA. This in one had Ham, Genoa Salami, Pastrami, Provolone, and Swiss with the chopped olives on top.
Incredible sandwich, and the bread is to die for. I recommend trying one if you ever come across a place that sells them.

....and I picked up some Buc-ees jerky along the way. They're all damn good, but the Bohemian Garlic is life changing.

I made this a couple days after Thanksgiving.
Turkey dinner quesadilla panini with turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce and cheese.
Turned out pretty good actually.

Thanks! Been awhile since I made pizza from scratch. All these vacation days off getting me bored, too cold to smoke outside, too lazy to drive to lounge for 1 cigar haha
