The Spam was pretty good, but definitely not worth the effort to smoke. Being pre cooked, I could only smoke it for two hours before it started to burn. The smoke is there, but almost in am artificial way, like liquid smoke. Fried Spam is still the king, IMO
I'll take your word for it, never know if you don't try. Fried is king. I wonder if any of the others would smoke better? Fat free, less sodium, Hawaii has 90 different flavors probobly a bbq one somewhere lol

Keep forgetting to upload a pic, I wasn't that drunk this time 😁 Ribeye with Vidalia, garlic, zucchini, and portobello sauce. Seasoning was only tony chacharies and pepper and cheap salted butter for the sauce. Rare/medium rare. 20210723_184927.jpg
