Here we seen the miniature panther in it's natural habitat, stalking it's prey.

How to grill corn for yuppies.
Step 1. Pinch tips of ears and cut excess 1/2" from both ends.
Step 2. Take lose shucks off. Note: leave two or three layers at least to protect ear from burning. Usually just taking off the 2 outer shucks is sufficient.
Step 3. Grill corn. Hotter is better. let shucks burn and then turn over. Catching fire is no worry, let it burn. When other side is charred corn is done.
Note: Good sweet corn only has to be heated, id does not have to be "cooked". When boiling, 10 minutes is long enough to heat the cob. Cooking any longer makes the kernels soggy and bland.

Try smearing with sour cream or mayonnaise and sprinking with parmesan and topping with a sprinkle of tony chachares creole seasoning instead of the typical butter s&p.

We call it mexican corn down here, and Yes, it sounds awful, but it is some tasty stuff.
We use mayo, chili powder, and parmesan. Good stuff!

Heat tent on my cheap ass 18 year old gasser bbq rotted out again. Why do they make stuff so cheap? Lol, or maybe Why am I too cheap to buy a better bbq? Figured I'd remedy it for good instead of getting another over priced low quality pos. The rest of the bbq will fall apart but my new heat tent should last forever! 20200726_095428.jpg20200726_095439.jpg20200726_095558.jpg20200726_095829.jpg20200726_171249.jpg
