You know, I dont know how I'd really explain it. Kinda like a super lean buffalo maybe? Similar to deer or even moose but not quite the same. Fantastic, lets just go with fantastic! Unless you over cook it, then its just nasty.

Was gonna cook up some steaks on the steer bq but it crapped out on me. After taking it apart to figure out what was wrong(fan motor winding shorted out), I decided it was time to start working on the double wall gas smoker I've been saying I was going to build for way to long. If all goes well, I should have a pretty good summer with lots of smoked meat.
