Very similar...the original Culvers is just down the street from my work. I've built a lot of their equipment over the years, still make their burger smashers today.The burgers look like Culvers butter burgers. 1 stick of butter per 2lbs of ground beef, fold in with seasoning best damn burger ever.
Yup, I'd love to have an outdoor griddle. One day....Those look awesome, the outdoor flattop is a great tool. I have other outdoor cooking goals that are more important (better grill, smoker) but that's on the list to get some day too.
