I vary between a straight and a V from that ever so unpopular Xikar V. Maybe thats why I tend to do straight most the times. Will look into the other.

I really expected to get more crap for my hillbilly-cheapskate-psycho-MacGyver method.

It works fine, though.

I normally use a straight cut because the V cutters I have used in the past we not very good. The I tried a Colibri V cutter at the Buffalo Cigar fest and it was great, might pick one up eventually.
