Call me crazy, but I am really digging these the longer they sit. I liked them early on, but three months has turned them in to a surprise gem.

For me it starts with cashews, cream, minerals, and a bit of coffee. A mild-medium pepper builds and a bit of dried fruit dart in and out. Then leather before they start melding together.
