This has the craziest cold draw in the world. I got busy, and am just now cutting this thing and lighting. Cold draw has strong hints of boiled crawfish. I love boiled mudbugs, and relish the few chances i have of eating them. Haven't got to eat any this year, but i swear this smoke tastes like boiled crawfish! It may be a combination of Cuervo silver, salt and limes, but the wife cant taste it at all.
Whatever, i swear it tastes like a crawfish boil
