Keep in mind a smoke will change flavors from 1/3 to 2/3 to 3/3. Had plenty that start out lame but finish amazing and vice versa, and some just can't be smoked.

Yeah I maybe should have trucked on until the last 3rd, but man it was getting me in the gut. Just not a stick for me. It was well aged, so I was excited to taste the more subtler nuances....but this bad boy was too much for me.
