I figured it was only a better of time before the states found a way to throw a bucket of cold water on my cigar purchases.

Guess I’ll have to start buying more CCs. (Not that I need this for an excuse)

Not too bad, it doesn't appear to extend specific 'sin taxes' which is the real killer in states like WA here
