RIP Charlie

Unfortunately I have to say Charlie passed away today. Ever since our fire Charlie has declined rapidly with the past few days being iffy with most likely signs of organ failure Vet said there was nothing to do and he lived a great long life and one of the oldest labs ever come through his practice. Rip Charlie.

Lost our girl about a year ago.
I understand the intent of Rainbow Bridge is to raise spirits.
The effect was just the opposite. I'm tearing up as I type this.

He looks like he was a good ol' boy. Our dogs are like our children, and it is hard to see them grow weaker and pass on. My heart is with you brother and you know he's free now to play all day again like he used to when he was with you. It sounds weird to say, but I know he'll be so excited to see you again when that time comes. Wagging his tail, so excited to be reunited with his best friend. ♥
