Started tinkering with pipes and it dawned on me that we didn't have a thread for it. So here it is. Post up refurbs or new hand carved ones.

An old beater pipe I found a few years ago. Decided it had potential. Started tearing it down this weekend. Haven't decided on weather or not I'm gonna stain it or just buff and wax.

Yeah, but that's not frustrating as hell! Plus its heavy as fuck and I'm a clencher.

Finished for what is was. Couple of shaping issues etc, to be expected for a first pipe I suppose. Over all I'm pretty happy with it.

Sorry I suck at taking pictures. Had to turn it cause stupid tapatalk wouldn't allow it otherwise for some reason.

Thanks guys. Far from "legit" but acceptable but turned out better than I could have expected for a first attempt. We'll see how it smokes at some point soon.
