Closed Foot

I wish all cigars had a closed foot. My reasons:

1) Easier to light well. Quicker too.
2) You get to taste a wrapper dominant profile with the first few puffs.
3) It looks cool.

I don't light the end of a cigar in the typical manner if it has a closed foot (no toasting, rotating, etc). I just fire it up, and I am never disappointed. Any thoughts?

I'm with you.... until I forget one has a closed foot and I cut the cap back twice before I see it, because I think the draw is tight -

I light it up and blow on it like hell. Then i really light it up. Saves clothes from holes.
