I use it and it definitely works, just not as good as alcohol for serious cleaning.

That stuff is only a "freshener". Grain alcohol or other clear tasteless booze is a better cleaning agent.

It's OK, it doesn't smoke as well as I assume a really good meer does. I think the bowl gets a bit warmer than it should and the airway is noisy. I'm looking at a SMS estate on eBay, hopefully I'll get it as they are supposed to be very high quality.
