I'm not familiar with that particular tobacco. Depends on how moist it is. 5-15 minutes for most, up to a couple hours for others IME. You don't want it crispy, just moist enough for a perfect bowl. Some people microwave for a few seconds if they're in a hurry, I've never done this personally.

I think that shredded tobacco on the dryer side smokes the coolest, so I rub out or grind all flakes and ropes before loading. I also think this gives the fullest flavors from the tobacco, YMMV

These and Caldwell Anastasia both have a really stinky pre-light aroma, and not in a good way IMHO, but both are very tasty

2 tier or multi tier racks hold more pipes per square foot, just saying. That said, I'll take 2 ;)
