Polished this one off last night. There was more left in the bottle than I thought, so the pictured pour is what I couldnt fit in the glass on the "last" pour. One of my favorites, glad I have plenty in the bunker...

There was wind damage to another rickhouse in the past two weeks too. Not one of the big boys, but a smaller distillery.

Pulled #2 today, a 6" x 45ish stick. Prelight draw is easy, with a vegetal note. Initial flavors are a mineral tang, pepper, wood. Initial burn was uneven but evens out quickly. As I progress into the first third, a nutty aspect comes out. First ash drops shortly after the pic, about 1"...

A Agree completely. Especially blind reviews. I categorize cigars generally when not focused on a review type situation. Start making notes, and it's amazing the detail, and fluctuation you notice.

Ok, I've read several reviews of the Laranja, and I'm convinced my palate is on strike. Not sure how I could miss the pepper consistently attributed to this cigar, which I also found on the previous experience. True, I'm not as experienced a smoker as most here, but I'm not usually that far...
