    impossible to ID a cigar w/no band. There is no Columbian hand rolled database to my knowledge. smoke it and enjoy,it's a safe bet you will have to go back to OZ to find another one.

    I always set my sticks on a counter on a towel for 2-3 days and let them dry down.
