When Choosing a Cigar

If your standing in a humidor, looking at hundreds of different boxes of cigars, what do you look for for a choice? Is it the color, the brand, a pretty band? I tend to chose dark wrapped sticks for some reason, but not always. Also look for more boutique brands. Alot of what I see on this forum sparks interest if I see it. How do you choose?

New releases usually get my attention, sometimes it’s something I’ve seen others smoke that sounds interesting.

I usually head straight to what I call my core lines and choose from there. Don't venture much into newer brands unless someone with similar tastes recommends it

Gotta say never color for me. Always looking for something to match my mood for that day. Could be a brand I haven't visited in a while or a certain cigar name or flavor profile but never color.
