What happened to New World Cameroon in Petit Lancero?

I've been patiently waiting for the New World Cameroon to be released in the Petit Lancero format.
Months later, I can't even seem to find a dealer online with any in stock. None. Nada. Sweet FA.
Anyone know what happened? Has the vitola been canned for some reason or am I just blind?
