Weird Message about security

When logging in with Chrome on a PC I got one of those " Do you want to proceed because site is not secure" Went to Advance setting and logged in.

Problem with a certificate maybe ?

This comes up on safari/iphone as well

And jpg's are not automatically opened

On my desktop I am getting a connection is not private message and won't let me access. Error message says cert-date-invalid so probably is a certificate problem. Photos not opening for me in Crapatalk

fixed (at least your systems will sort themselves out over time)

we have a security certificate for the site - it renews every 90 days (standard). problem is that I apparently dont have the webservice restarting afterwards to accept the renewal.
