The weather has been delayed until early evening. So, I'm just trying to get one more in. A week and a half at 65% has helped it quite a bit. The first inch is red earth, green bell peppers turning to grass,and spice with that certain Dominican twang.

That was the closest thing in my memory. It wasn't exactly like a bell pepper, but it was very reminiscent.
