Mild to Medium body cigars

I've got a buddy that's just getting into the cigars. While I enjoy a good full body cigar, it seems that they are a little much for his pallet. And it's been a while since I've smoked a mild to medium. Can I get a few recommendations? I know most of you love to give them.
