This tobacco smells of wet cut grass that has somewhat fermented in the sun in the sample bag I was sent. I felt the flake was in need of drying, so I popped a flake in the microwave for 10 seconds, flipped it and ran it another 10 seconds. That was the first time I have ever tried drying tobacco in the microwave, but will not be my last. Admittingly, the tobacco was almost toasted and really dry, so less time next time. The flake crumbled and packed easily. Lit easily without any fuss. The tobacco went through many different flavors. Began with smokiness that turned to grassy, nuttiness with loads of natural sweetness. After that earthy molasses flavor came in. Which then mellowed to what reminded me of toasted bread and brown butter. Towards the end of the bowl I was getting flavor that reminded me of Lakeland floral notes, but extremely subtle. Great blend that has no bite and smokes very cool. In my opinion, it can be enjoyed anytime of the day.
