Never even occurred to me, until now that it is possible to buy Shwarma seasoning... or did you make your own? I don't think I've ever seen Shwarma seasoning in a store, but I gotta have it!

The Anillo. This is my second one and they're ok. For the most expensive smoke in their lineup this one is probably the least impressive. Got it in my SBC cotm otherwise I never would have bought another one. You might like the profile though.
