What’s on your plate?
Some thin ribeyes. 375 for 15 on one side and ended up going 7 minutes on the other. My first time doing ribeyes so I'm glad I pulled em off when I did. They were so tender. I'm going back to the store this morning to get more.😁(y)- highsierrasmokin'
