Venison tenderloin last night

Just couldn’t control the flame touching the tobacco as well as I can with a smaller flame like a match. Felt like I was gonna char the rim of the bowl to much with it. That was just from the char light & first light. I couldn’t imagine a relight half way through a bowl with it.

That’s similar to the way we do it but we stay on nights or days longer. We work 4 days on 12 hour days then have four days off. We swap from days to nights or vice versa every four months.

I know the feeling!!! We’ll be going back on night shift next month.
