Exactly! I won't say that I will never buy Blantons again, but around here, you have to really hunt to find it....and even then, it isn't always priced properly. I need to find another bottle of HMcK...great stuff. EW SiB is also a fantastic bargain bottle!
Decent stuff worth buying at least once. After finishing this bottle, I don't think I will hunt for it though. Just if I come across it, I'd buy again. I know, some people rave about it. It's not bad at all...just have had so many others that I enjoy more.
I will say part of what drove me away from buying and collecting was crazy prices for each one and how the story lines crossed into titles you wouldn't normally pick up. Got too expensive.
I've got tons of sports cards (Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey) and tons of comics laying around in storage. I'd offload them if the market was good for it. NEither of my kids showed much interest and they're both teenagers now.
