Two of my prized possessions. They belonged to my father who gave each of his kids one the year before he passed. The second was his which I had paid to restore after finding it in the trunk of the car all rusted up. They were manufactured in 1920 and 1918 respectively. I enjoy carrying one in my vest pocket on the rare occasion that I’m dressed up![]()

Great little pocket guns!
I have a Colt JUNIOR and used to have a CZ Duo, both .25 cal. Not much stopping power, but better than a limp dick.
The CZ Duo was a WWII soldier bring back and was in the original flap top leather holster. It was as new. I showed it to a couple of gunsmiths who specialized in military weapons and both agreed it appeared to never been fired. One made me an offer I couldn't refuse. My reasoning for letting it go was since it hadn't been fired (made in 1943), I wasn't going to shoot it and I didn't have use for a weapon I wasn't going to shoot.
I often carry my Colt in my tackle box.
They’re fun to shoot though. I shot one of these for concealed carry class. At the time I wasn’t so interested in carrying, I just wanted Dad to take the course and knew he wouldn’t if I didn’t.
After shooting the five fast rounds the range officer, who was a police officer, walked up behind me. He asked if I knew how fast I’d fired those five rounds. I told him no. He said 2 1/2 seconds.

That's awesome Dave! We took in two rescues in the past three months. They are so appreciative!I volunteer at my local animal shelter. I walk dogs, foster, train, and help the public with adoptions. Here are my all time favorite puppies...animal control found them in a dumpster and they live on a farm in Idaho nowView attachment 23671
