I read that today. Sid kept saying he wasn't sick and he just lost weight because the doctors told him to. He looked terrible in 3 from hell and it wasn't surprising that he was barely in it.

Since it was played after the devil's rejects it wasn't as good. I still think that's zombie's best movie. Entertaining and it was worth it just to see rejects in theaters again.
