    Yeah, the Meat Church and Lanes seasonings are excellent. I just started using the Blues Hog which is really good too. This was my baby back seasoning combos for the ribs. two on the left for one rack and two on the right for the other.

    What’s on your plate?

    Smoked these for an hour then up to 375 for 30. Half sweet heat, half blues hog. Instead of salt and pepper on the corn, I used the Kapalua seasoning. Delicious! ...and butter of course.

    Chicken thighs smoked for 45 minutes at 180 then up to 375 for 30 minutes. Lane's Signature on the left 3 and Lane's Sweet Heat on the right 2.
